Quality Policy
At Penta Clinical Analysis Center, the use of quality systems extends to all technical, organizational processes and patient/client care.In addition to having automatic analyzers, reagents and equipment of the highest technology and continuous training courses, the difference that characterizes us is in the application of a complete and rigorous Quality Management System and in permanently incorporating new requirements that bring us closer to our fundamental objective: Total Quality.
Quality is not a concept that is incorporated afterwards in our company, but rather it is an initiative that was contemplated, from its beginning, in the principles of correct comprehensive laboratory management.
Patient/client care, personalized treatment, technical processes for performing analyses, sample collection or receipt, as well as administrative and logistics organization, conform to what is established by the Quality Management Standards in force.
The written procedures in our Quality Manual are not static, but are modified according to evaluations of parameters, surveys or other objective measurements that help achieve continuous improvement of our processes.
The basic quality guidelines of Penta Clinical Analysis Center have been developed strictly following the guides published by important scientific societies, Spanish and international, to meet the requirements of the most demanding Laboratory Certification and Accreditation Standards.
